Order acceptance
An online submission is a request for review. An order proceeds after we confirm feasibility, the final quotation, artwork approval and any separately agreed payment terms. Availability means we can accept enquiries, not that a customised item is ready for immediate dispatch.
Your artwork approval
Check all spelling, names, dates, dimensions, quantities, images and mandatory product information before approving the final proof. We print the approved version. Changes after approval may require a revised price and schedule, and may not be possible once production begins. Customer-approved content errors are not treated as manufacturing defects.
Artwork ownership
Upload only artwork and personal data you are authorised to use. You permit us to use submitted files to prepare and fulfil your order. Do not submit content that infringes another party’s rights.
Preview and production
Screen colours and 3D previews are illustrations. Paper, lighting, finishes and printing can affect the result. Panel sizes are reference sizes; final bleed, folds and manufacturing allowances are established in the approved dieline. Any material tolerances or substitutions must be disclosed and agreed before production.
Applicable rights
These terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights or responsibility for defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Indian law applies, without restricting any consumer forum or remedy available under applicable law.
