Production comes first
Custom orders have separate production and transit times. Estimated dispatch dates are confirmed after artwork approval and material availability checks. We do not promise instant delivery. Customer revisions or delayed approvals may change the schedule.
Delivery details
Provide a complete address and correct PIN code. Delivery charges and serviceability are confirmed in the quotation. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address or a requested redelivery will be discussed before they are incurred.
Tracking and delays
Shipment details appear in your order history when entered by our team. Tracking links are provided where available. If an order is delayed or arrives damaged, contact support so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
