Information we use
We collect account identity, email, optional WhatsApp contact numbers, delivery details, order specifications, uploaded artwork and support messages to provide quotations, fulfil orders, verify access and resolve issues. Phone details are not required for email login.
Access and service providers
Authorised Nithi Mart staff may access order details and artwork for fulfilment. Hosting, file storage, authentication, email and delivery providers receive only the information needed for their service. We do not sell customer artwork or contact information.
Security and retention
Account cookies maintain your sign-in session. New signup email addresses are verified using a one-time email code. Private files and order records are access-controlled. Records are retained as needed for order fulfilment, support, legal obligations and dispute resolution; we cannot promise permanent storage of artwork.
Your requests
Contact extreme2k23@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. We may verify your identity and retain records where required by law or necessary to resolve an ongoing matter. No payment-card details are collected by this site at present.
